Trunk or Treat and Resource Fair 2023
We hope to see you on November 3 at our spook-tacular Trunk or Treat/Resource Fair! This is a wonderful family friendly and inclusive event. Our focus is on families with children (of all ages) with disabilities but everyone is welcome to attend our events as we work to bring together people of all abilities.
Our 2nd annual Inclusive Trunk or Treat is scheduled for Friday, November 3, from 5:30-7:30pm at the Dysart Services Center, 13825 W Desert Cove Rd, Surprise AZ 85379.
This year, we’re partnering with Dysart Schools ESS Department to host a Resource Fair concurrently with the Trunk or Treat, and we’re looking for sponsors as well as exhibitors, trunk hosts, food trucks, and donations toward a silent auction fundraiser.
Donations
We are looking for donations to include in our silent auction. We are looking for donations of gift cards to local businesses, gift baskets (think Fidget Fun, Family Game Night, Pamper Yourself, Girls Night Out, etc.) and donation of products. Sponsor Information
There are many levels of sponsorship available for all budgets.
Exhibitors Information*
Exhibitors can be any business or organization that provides a service or products that benefit people with disabilities and their families. Some examples of exhibitors we are looking for are: adaptive recreation organizations, therapy clinics, transition services, alternative therapy, businesses that provide a service to people with disabilities whether it is a program, service or discount, and companies that are inclusive in their hiring practices. This is not an exhaustive list. If you have questions please feel free to contact president@dysartseptsa.org with your questions.
