Dysart SEPTSA hosted an inclusive Trunk or Treat on November 4, 2022.
We held the event a few days after Halloween so that any kids who were too anxious to trick-or-treat on Halloween itself, or weren’t up to trick-or-treating on the actual day, could still have a chance to join in the fun.
We offered a prize for the best-decorated car, and the honor went to our 2023-2024 treasurer,
T. William Coniam, and family!
In addition, we had vendors with games,
a food truck offering delicious Hawaiian food (thanks, Mad Aloha Bowls!),
and a visit from a fire truck, courtesy of the Surprise Fire Department!
On November 3, 2023, we plan to have a combination Resource Fair/Trunk or Treat, partnering with Dysart’s Exceptional Students Services (ESS) department.
