Today, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news: Dysart Special Education PTSA was selected to receive the National PTA Happy Coffee Grant!
Because of this award, we will be delivering Happy Coffee to all 28 Dysart schools and district locations as a simple but meaningful “thank you” for everything you do for our students, families, and community.
This coffee isn’t just a treat—it’s part of a nationwide initiative focused on creating connection and supporting mental wellness among educators, staff, and school communities.
Happy Coffee partners with NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness), and with each delivery, we’ll include optional “Healthy Minds” resources to support the well-being of both families and staff.
Why Coffee?
Because coffee makes moments.
It sparks conversations.
It reconnects us when life gets busy.
And just like PTA — it brings people together.
We hope this brings a small moment of joy and warmth to your day as we head into the holiday season.
We’d Love to Stay Connected
Dysart SEPTSA exists to support partnership, inclusion, and meaningful collaboration between families, educators, and the district. Your support — whether through participation, ideas, or membership — helps make that possible.
If you’re not already a member, we warmly invite you to join us. Becoming a member is not a commitment to volunteer — it’s a way of saying:
“I support this work, and I believe in building community.”

(Many teachers tell us they join simply as a “thank you” — and yes, that absolutely counts. )
Share Your Happy Coffee Moments!

Thank You — Truly.
Your work changes lives.
Your patience, creativity, and compassion make a difference every single day.
We see it. Our families feel it. And this small gesture is one way to celebrate you.
Thank you for everything you do for our students — especially those who learn differently, communicate differently, or need the world to meet them halfway.
We are grateful for you — today, and every day.
